I believe how a business responds to potential issues says more about the quality of their product and customer care than just generic customer reviews.
My cat Toulouse has had Catventure Harnesses since he was a kitten and his second Catventure harness ended up with a fault after a short amount of use.
After emailing about this with photos to the Catventure team, the response was swift and exceptional, with a replacement immediately offered to replace the faulty item.
After using the replacement on multiple occasions, just like the first harness, it is proving to be a quality product and allows Toulouse freedom in his mobility, enough that he is happy to climb trees so my partner can snap cute photos such as the one attached!
I am super happy to have found a product that allows us to let him to comfortably experience a lot of natural cat behaviours and simultaneously protect wildlife, as we keep a close eye on him on his walks.
I highly recommend this product not just on it’s quality, but on the quality of the customer service of Catventure’s team and the trust they’ve built with me. I feel comfortable and happy to continue buying their products into the future.
