Best litter tray I've ever had; it's so much easier to replace the litter, and you can see the first time you have to that nothing is sticking to the tray the way it can with plastic ones. Bumblebee clearly prefers this over plastic trays she's had in the past. Their customer service is great, as well. I ordered a different one but it went out of stock pretty much as I was buying it, but they replaced it with this one.

Hard to remove from inside the tray, need to have a second tray on standby to swap over too. Not sure its worth the hassle

This tray is such good quality and it looks great. It has replaced 2 smaller plastic trays and now my cat has so much room! Very easy to use with a clumping litter - the litter doesn't stick to the steel when it gets wet.
It didnt really fit my cat well, after I measured him and went off the site size chart. The neck cuff is much too thick for the type of cat he is
