At Cat Harness Australia, we want you and your cat to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for a refund, exchange or store credit. Please ensure your item meets the conditions below for a successful return.

Returns Made Easy
We want you (and your cat) to be happy. That’s why we offer returns for store credit, exchange or donation to a registered cat rescue within 30 days of delivery.

Didn't select Checkout+?
No worries! You can still return eligible items within 30 days. However, a $10 AUD handling fee will apply to cover return shipping for our Australian and New Zealand Customers.
Eligibility
To be eligible for your return via the portal, your item must:
- Be in original, unused condition with original packaging
- Be free from fur, dirt, or damage
- Purchase via the Cat Harness Australia website, not in-store at a stockist or at in-person events such as; Cat Lovers Festival
- Shipping address must be in Australia or New Zealand
Please note:
- Only harnesses and leashes eligible for return/exchange, other items such as treats, brushes, backpacks are not eligible
- International customers must contact us directly via email or live chat to arrange a return
- Store Credits exclude shipping costs (customers without Checkout+)
- Returns outside Australia must be paid by the customer (customers without Checkout+)
Exceptions:
- No returns for personalised harnesses
- No returns on Sale items with a discount of 40% or more
- No returns for items purchased through a retailer (e.g. pet store)
- No returns for wholesale orders
Faulty / Warranty Claims
If any item you receive is faulty or damaged, please email hello@catharnessaustralia.com.au as soon as possible with your order number, contact details, description of the issue, and photo if possible.
If the item is out of stock, we’ll offer an alternative, store credit or a full refund (including original shipping).
